    House for sale-Valeriano, Kefalonia, Greece.


    A post earthquake village house is for sale in Valeriano, Kefalonia.
    The house is 89 metres square on a plot of 224 metres square.

    The house has two bedrooms, spacious living dining area, kitchen, utility and shower room. Outside there is a courtyard garden with Oleander, Bougainvillea, Seville and Naval orange trees.

    The house has new double glazing and aircon to living area. Solar panels are installed for free hot water in the summer!

    The house is situated on a corner plot and has lovely views of the mountains.
