well gone and done it booked for Thassos May 2009. we are off to Scala Prinou right on beach front a quiet palce so we can chill out.

now got to sought going to kef next July. will be going back to Villa Nancy hopefully.

Suej, are you going to the Socrates Plaza?
We went in September last year and absolutely LOVED it!
We went with Thompsons and the journey was effortless, you don't see your cases after you collect them off the belt at the airport, they arrive, as if by magic, at the hotel about half an hour after you do.
George, the owner is wonderful, he took over from his Father, Socrates, who sadly was killed when he fell from the hotel roof, making a repair a couple of years ago.
Try to get room 207 if you can, the view is spectacular.
The tavernas are great, can recommend Panorama, which is up the stairs over one of the supermarkets and also Brians, a bit further along (it's not English) Hope you have a fabulous time, we'd certainly book again. xxxx

yes thats where we are staying next May will have to ask for that room will e-mail then just before we go to ask.
were the sun beds expensive.

Sorry Sue, have been away for 3 days at a conference, only got back at 5pm today.
It was 5 euros a day for the sunbeds (that was for two and a brolly, either round the pool,or on the beach) Some people just bought a lilo and used that. I'm sure you'll have a great time.

Arrived back from Thassos this week. we had a great time and falling in love with the place.
Cato had room 203 what a view its a great place to stay .

just loved walking around the old villages and Aliki bay so magical the history there will put some more pics in album, later.

What was the temperature like Sue, always fancied it but thought maybe to far north for reasonable temps in May/June.

Temperature ranged from 24-30c started to get hotter last couple days.
evening was cardi or thin jacket also had a couple good storms late evening
