went independently for first time to Villa Nancy end of July.
we decided to book after visiting last year. The apartments are bigger than what we have stayed in before. plenty of storage space. larger than average kitchen area although I only use it for breakfast, occassional lunch and to keep booze and water cool. The bathroom is quite spacious and a really good shower with constant hot water. we found them lovely and cool as built under Bells Apartment. The view was magnificent and the patio area an ideal place to have a drink.we had space to park jeep. als we had the advantage of not having to climb flights of stairs as is normal if we want a good view. Easy access for anyone who has got walking difficulti We also found it was a good central base to travel all over the island. Bell and Chas ,Mika excellent hosts.
We are now going to book again for next year.

Never stayed here but having visited several times over the years can say this about the accommodation and hosts

• Accommodation modern and very clean
• Hosts offer wonderful hospitality
• Location is great for exploring the island

I have to agree with all the above. We have not stayed there either, but the rooms are superb, very clean and spacious and the hosts, Bell and Chas are superb.
We seriously considered staying there last September for a few days but then XL went bust and left us with no holiday at all.
Highly reccommended.
