Thanks Rich, we had a fantastic time. I just hope the Islanders are correct in their assumption that the film Mamma Mia wont make the Island too touristy as it would completely spoil it.

Jan, going off my recollections of conversations i had with the locals on Skopelos, they seem perfectly happy with the way it is.
I reckon they want it left as it is!

That's exactly what Sophie the owner of the apartments said to us, that they would hate the Island to become as lively and touristy as Skiathos had become.
