I tried the making the dip to go along with our BBQ yesterday, it was great with slice's of fresh uncut bread.

Even got my daughter to lend a hand making it. :-*

    Thanks for the fun ;D

    Hi Tonia,
I'm not sure what it is called, but it is a desert made i think out of filo pastry and load's syrup. Very fattening but very greek, you don't know what its called or how to make it do you.

    Thanks jim

Tonia, what kind of vinegar do you use in the Tzatzike? i used balsamic but it made the mix go a touch brown. It was still nice though!

    Welcome back John.
I used normal malt vinegar once and none the next time which I found better, but thats personal taste.
So now I don't bother with it at all, I find it too acidic.

Thanks Tonia, i thought about leaving the vinegar out altogether next time. At least i can add a touch later if i think it needs it.
