Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

Not booked yet but definitely two weeks in Kefalonia, probably based in two locations booked locally with owners.
Wishing you all a happy new year although we will probably not see it in as we were delayed by 24 hours in Sharm El sheik arriving back in Bristol in the early hours of this morning! still great cruise and visited some interesting places including; Petra, dead sea, wadi rum, Cairo and pyramids, Luxor and quad biking in mountains above Sharm only problem being we have been so busy we now need another holiday lol
Once again Happy New Year from Martin and Tonia
Happy new year to all.
Not booked for kef yet, but we'll be there in September.
A little matter of the maldives in March before that.
a.k.a elsewhere as U4ea
Always fancied Maldives but still not sure we would not get bored, i know beautiful white beaches, lush aqua blue sea, reefes, relaxation, sea plane drop off and peace and quiet abound, but, i could get itchy feet syndrome.
Bucephalus, bring on the review, i have been tossing the pros and cons of this destination for a while and will appreciate some rounded feedback on the destination.
Happy New Year to all.
We've booked for 5th June 2 weeks - fly with Easyjet and staying at Kerasia Studios in Lourdas. It'll be a new experience for us going independent, but we are looking forward to it.

Yes, not sure how they class a 6 hour flight and 7 hour sat in a seat within a bake bean tube! short haul, personally, i believe, these planes should only be used for trips to Spanish islands and Spain, at a push kefalonia, certainly not any further south in greece. The seat pitch at 28" is even smaller than what Eastjet and Ryan air offer, also because its short haul in flight meals are not available anymore and the snack offering was worse than budget airlines offer at a more expensive price therfore the only differentiator between Thomson and budget airlines is they do not sting you for baggage but as the allowances are shrinking i suspect that will be next.
Report on trip later
