I have just posted some photos from my weeks holiday in Crete,we found the island really pleasent in October and the weather was great.We stayed at Elounda bay and hired a car for the week which is highly recomended due to the resorts remoteness and gave us the option to travel around the island.Im off to Mexico in January so i hope to have some exotic photos to show you when i get back.

Yes great photos Gazza. Brought back memories of when we were there. We went to Spinalonga when we were there and then ,of course, had to read The Island.

Lovely pictures Gazza. We went to Crete for a week a few years back. We had booked to go on a trip to Santorini and Spinalonga and I fell at the Palace of Knossos and ended up with my leg in plaster for the last 4 days of the holiday and couldn't go
