I know that the Lara Hotel in Lourdata will change money and travellers cheques.
(You can't miss it - if you are heading down to the beach, you will see it facing you on a right-hand bend just below the village.) They give the same exchange rate as the banks.

There may well be somewhere in Vlachata which does exchange. Others on the forum may be able to help.
