Hmm, very nice and it does make me "homesick"! It is actually nice to see a recent video of Poros. Most of the other ones i have seen are really old.
This is obviously a video trying to encourage tourism into Poros and they have pushed hotels such as the Oceanis..wouldn't like to stagger up there after an evening on the ouzo, Odysseus palace and several apartments along Raghia beach.
It is beautifully filmed and does show Poros at it's best, although it also vividly shows the decline of this once bustling resort. ..............the beaches were deserted!
I hope that the publicity succeeds and that Poros does get some of it's tourism industry going again.
I especially love one of the other clips featured on this link......it's the one with the stills set to music. Beautiful photos and beautiful music to match. I just can't believe it is going to be at least 18 months before i get back out there!
