travel republic
I know a few of you have used travel republic in the past-however I can see they have ABTA but i dont think they ATOL.
We want to safe guard ourselves just incase, they offer a airline failure protecton insurance, doesn't tell you how much, we are travelling independently so just looking into flights - would appreciate any thoughts

Hi Kaz, we have used Travel Republic a couple of times and never had a problem. I thought they were ATOL protected and it doesn't show on the front page, however if you look at the link below which I have just found it confirms that they are. Look under package holidays!

Thanks for the info jan~Looks like you need to take out an extra insurance to be fully insured in the event of a flight company going bust
