    Wow Kefallon! Looks fantastic!
    Need a bit of advice though. What is rusk? The only rusk I'm familiar with is baby rusk, Farleys or Liga, that I used to spoon,(mushed up) into my daughters mouth, or give her whole, to make a God awful mess with
    I'm sure the recipe won't mean those, any clues?

    From what i remember rusk is just dried breadcrumbs?

    I must confess I am struggling with this topic header. I keep getting a mental image of Greek cooks wearing balaklavas (and I can't spell it?) ..............

    Thanks all,
    Next time my family visit, I think I'll do Mezez for starters and Stifado then that fabbo looking Baklava and give them the full-on Greek experience!
