My Blog virginity broken!
Listening to Chris Evans radio programme yesterday, he spoke about the different levels of rain. No not in inches or centimetres, but in terms of light, heavy, torrential and violent. Violent rain now that I have to see!
This morning's toast and peanut butter was accompanied by torrential, well at least that is how I would describe the "Big Fat" rain falling on the back lawn and patio! No sooner was it here than it was gone and the warming sun created a steamy sight from the wooden fences surrounding the properties adjacent to our home in Hampshire.
Another very busy day at "The Office" travelling into Berkshire this afternoon for a half year appraisal with my new Regional Manager. The 5th in 3 years.....Don't think Portsmouth FC have had that many Mangers over the same period!
Continue to pine for the fjords or should I say the green, blue and white of Kefalonia.
Not long now before I can donn the flip-flops and slip into swimmers.................Ahhh can almost hear the Cicada's!
