Thank you .
We love Symi but for different reasons to Kefalonia. The season is much longer, and Yialos is a World heritage site.
Only two beaches have some sand on this very hot Island, but there are some beautiful walks and some very lovely pebbly coves with Tavernas on them.
Chorio (the old town on the hill above) is linked by steps called the "Kali Strata" to the beautiful port of Yialos. A great place to watch the ships and the people go by.
